Useful answers
Before you inquire.
What the sample collection can show, and what needs to be confirmed.
Can I purchase or rent a costume?
The sample catalog supports both kinds of inquiry. Actual purchase and rental options must be confirmed for the specific garment; neither is guaranteed by its appearance here.
How do I check availability?
Open a costume page and use its inquiry link. Include your preferred dates and requirements. Availability and pricing need a direct confirmation.
Are these genuinely vintage garments?
The displayed concepts are vintage-inspired. No verified age or provenance has been supplied. Historical authenticity should only be stated for an actual garment with supporting information.
Which measurements should I send?
Send relevant body or existing garment measurements, clearly labelled with units. Chest, waist, hip, shoulders, sleeves and overall length can be useful. See Fitting & Care for guidance.
Are accessories included?
Not necessarily. Illustrative images show design ideas, not a confirmed contents list. Ask for each included piece to be listed before agreeing a purchase or rental.
How should a costume be cleaned?
Request instructions for the particular garment, including trims and removable pieces. Do not assume washing, dry cleaning, steaming or any other method is suitable.
Does an inquiry reserve a costume?
No. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a garment or confirm an order. Any arrangement needs separate confirmation of its details, terms and availability.
